The optimum outcome of my #ProtectEndangeredNewZealandSeaLion campaign on Change.org is for the Clutha District Council to establish a bylaw, similar to the Reserves and Beaches Bylaw 2017 in Dunedin NZ, to restrict vehicles on The Catlins beaches to protect their rare and endangered wildlife. With you championing the campaign, we are closer to a resolution.
