Bravo TIME on your '100 Women of the Year' spread!
Men of the Year gave way to Person of the Year in 1999, since TIME have released 11 covers featuring Women and have created 89 new covers featuring Women.
In celebration of upcoming International Women's Day on Sunday the 8th I wish to recognise five of my favourite International Women.
1) American Amelia Earhart. Amelia was an Aviation Pioneer, Author and Advocate for Women's Equality and Rights.
2) Australian Montana Lower, Creator of Murals for Change. Montana is an Advocate for Environmental Awareness and Women's Equality.
3) Canadian Autumn Peltier, Commissioner for Anishinabek Nation. Since the age of 13 Autumn has advocated for Water Protection and is an Advocate for Women's Equality.
