1) If you are able to, get out for walks. New Zealand Labour Party and Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand recommend getting daily doses of vitamin D, providing you remain two meters away from others.
2) Check in with your loved ones.
3) Try new recipes. I recently bought Revive Cafe’s Cookbook 1 Green. I cannot wait to try their recipes!
4) Get creative - paint, draw, write.
5) Pre-spring clean.
