Protect New Zealand Sea Lion

Behold, a happy and unthreatened New Zealand sea lion in its natural habitat at Cannibal Bay.
Please help me to protect our New Zealand sea lion, who were exiled from mainland New Zealand for a minimum of 300 years until 1994.

Thus far in my bid to restrict vehicle access on Surat Bay and Cannibal Bay in the Otago Region, I have contacted Mayor Aaron Hawkins, the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand - James Shaw, Marama Davidson MP, Julie Anne Genter MP, Eugenie Sage MP, Gareth Hughes MP, Jan Logie MP, Chlöe Swarbrick, and Golriz Ghahraman MP; Councillor Alexa Forbes, Councillor Michael Laws, Hamish Walker MP for Clutha-Southland, the Clutha District Council, the Otago Regional Council, the Department of Conservation and the New Zealand Sea Lion Trust.
