Somewhat Green / Part Four

Q: Lastly, what do you envision Somewhat Green to become?

A: (Tracey) I want to develop Somewhat Green into more environmental areas. I have so many ideas and would like to develop gardening, composting, circular economy (tool library) and organics. I would like to educate and be involved in the Southland NZ community.

(Claudia) I want Kankis.nz to become a meeting place for everyone and for New Zealanders to experience a different kind of food and a different culture. I would like the café to be cosy and comfortable, not only for Latin Americans but for everyone. All of my ideas and experiences from my years of travelling I want to put into my café in the future.
