My top ten simple swaps are:
1) Swap plastic bottles for a reusable drink bottle. I own a "Goodfor - Lifetime Bottle," which can keep your liquid cool for up to 24 hours and warm for up to 12 hours.
2) Swap takeaway coffee cups for a reusable cup. I own a JOCO Cups Reusable Cup.
3) Swap plastic wrap for Beeswax Wraps.
4) Swap plastic or paper straws for a reusable straw.
5) Swap plastic or paper bags for material bags and shop at the Bin Inn Wholefoods & Specialty Groceries or refilleries.
6) Swap shampoo/conditioner bottles for Hair Bars. I can recommend Ethique, Fair + Square Soapery or Dirty Hippie (which bar works for you is dependent on your hair type).
7) Swap plastic razors for Safety Razors.
8) Swap plastic toothbrushes for The ECO Brush Bamboo Toothbrush.
9) Swap dental floss for The ECO Brush Dental Floss, which is compostable.
10) Swap toothpaste tubes for Solid Oral Care Toothpaste or Toothpaste Tablets.
