Sea Is The Key To Happiness

Marine biologist and best-selling author of 'Blue Mind' Dr. Wallace J. Nichols has found that being in proximity to water, be it oceans or rivers improves mental health and happiness.

According to Dr. Nichols water helps in “lowering stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being and happiness, a lower heart and breathing rate, and safe, better workouts. Aquatic therapists are increasingly looking to the water to help treat and manage PTSD, addiction, anxiety disorders, autism and more.”

The ocean is certainly key to aiding my depression and happiness. How about you?
