Introducing the Ciggy Board Boys: Industrial Designer Taylor Lane and Filmmaker Ben Judkins.

In 2017 Taylor entered Vissla + Surfrider's Creators Contest and won first place for his upcycled surfboard made out of cigarette butts.

Cigarette butts are one of the most littered items in the world; 4.5 trillion are dumped into landfill and the oceans annually.

Ciggy Board Boys goal? For society to consider their mentality of littering cigarette butts.

What is next for The Cigarette Surfboard Team?
The debut of their environmental/surf film, which they began filming two and a half years ago. Expect cameos from surf legend and musician Jack Johnson, scientist, ocean activist and professional surfer Cliff Kapono, political activist, MMA fighter and professional surfer DUSTIN BARCA and ocean activist Kahi Picarro.
